As every pregnancy is believed to be different from the other, so the symptoms too would vary definitely lot. Some of the common symptoms are however listed here below -

It is because in contrast to their active self, this state of fatigue would make them feel exhausted always. They might want to rest the entire day and may feel worn out even after doing little work. This symptom normally occurs in the early stages of pregnancy.

  • Morning/Evening sickness - A very peculiar feeling of nausea that may strike early in mornings or in the evenings. Caused due to sudden changes of body hormones, this queasiness is associated by an ever increased sensitivity of the body to sharp fragrances and odors.
  • Spotting/Bleeding - Sudden spotting is one of the earliest pregnancy stages symptoms. This spotting or bleeding is slightly different in color than the menstrual blood. It normally occurs right after a few days of conception. Some pregnant women may even witness bleeding instead of a few spots. There is no need to be worried as this is perfectly normal. This bleeding may be accompanied by painful cramps in the stomach as well. This pain occurs due to embryo implantation on the lining of the uterus.
  • Increased Vaginal Discharge - Some women may report a sudden increase in their vaginal discharge right after conception. Normally, this discharge is clear and has no odors. But if the discharge is greenish or yellowish in color and has a foul smell; it must be immediately reported to a doctor. This may be a warning sign for an impending infection and must be treated as soon as possible.
