Pregnancy is one of the most uncertain situations in a woman's life. It can be the most healthy and normal period or can be the most stressful and dangerous one. This is because a woman's daily routine or healthy lifestyle can easily change either into a health risk during pregnancy or prove to be beneficial while pregnancy.

Pregnancy and Health are two sides of the same coin. Both can be maintained to the optimum levels by being slightly cautious. A woman can remain in the pink of health during pregnancy provided the expected standards of care are met with.

One must visit the gynecologist as soon as pregnancy is suspected. Thereafter, the doctor's suggestions must be followed religiously and one must strive hard to maintain the level of balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
