Increased Fatigue

Don't be stunned to find yourself gasping for energy at the end of the day! It is a common phenomenon to feel fatigue during the early stages of pregnancy. Your body is calling for to take extra rest, as it prepares for the nine-month journey. Here is what you should do:

TAKE NAPS DURING THE DAY and get ample sleep during night.

Do no over-exert yourself.

Do not get up in the middle of the night. Avoid drinking water before going to bed so that you don't have to wake up midnight to go to the loo. Sound sleep is a must.

Eat foods rich in protein and iron. A BALANCED DIET IS A MUST.

Pregnancy exercise for a minimum of half an hour every day. Walking is the best thing to do. It boosts your energy levels and uplifts your mood.

Spare some time to relax. Avoid stress as much as possible. Refrain from exhaustive parties and events. Instead, do things that soothe your senses. Practice deep breathing and watch the amazing results!

Talk to your hubby, friends, and people around you. Do not remain isolated or else you will find the symptoms taking a toll on you.
