You could also be urinating more frequently if you are pregnant. This could start around two weeks after conception. Sometimes the urge to urinate may be there, without actually being able to do so. This may be because of the rising level of progesterone - a pregnancy related hormone. You may feel that your taste in certain foods has changed during pregnancy. While you may develop a craving for certain types of food, some others may make you feel queasy.

Many women do so since that helps them prepare mentally for the birth of their baby, just as they prepare physically by joining prenatal exercise classes. Some use a weekly pregnancy calendar to track the growth and development of their baby during pregnancy.
