Learn To Relax During Childbirth
 

During the last trimester, the mother decides whether she wants to go through normal childbirth or a C-section. Most women feel that natural childbirth is best for the baby. Here the baby is not exposed to the harmful effects of medicines. So they opt to undergo the pain to ensure that their child is healthy. Natural childbirth can be extremely painful. But there are ways to reduce the pain during childbirth. The best way to do this is to learn to relax yourself and breath. There are various breathing techniques that can control your pain. You can also soothe your nerves and distract your mind with the help of some soft music. Choose something that you enjoy listening. If it has lyrics, try and sing along to divert your attention.

It is important that you learn to relax your body during childbirth. The more you strain your muscles, the more it will pain. Divert your mind. Do not concentrate on the pain you are feeling. Focus on happy thoughts. Think about your child that you will soon hold in your arms. This will make you want to push harder and get over with the process. There are different postures that help you reduce the pain during child birth. It helps if you are not lying on your back during the process. This forces the baby to descend faster.

There are certain things that you must know. It is better to be well informed of these things. Pregnant women are prone to get hemorrhoids. This is because the process of giving birth to the child exerts a lot of pressure on the lower back of the woman. But there is nothing to worry. There are numerous treatments that are available nowadays for this condition.

A major source of heammorroids is constipation. So it is necessary to drink a lot of water. Water loosens stool and helps it to pass through smoothly. Doing proper exercises to strengthen the lower body is also very helpful. It helps in preventing hemorroids. You can also prevent it totally by being a little careful. Make sure you drink a lot of water. You must also relieve yourself as many times possible during the day. Do not try to hold stool or urine for a long time. This creates pressure in the rectal veins.

Hemorrhoids mostly occur during childbirth. This is because holding a child creates pressure on the mother's lower body. After your baby is born, they disappear. So it should not pose any major problem. But if they stay on even after childbirth, do not worry as there are numerous treatments available for it.
