Child Birth - Essentials For A Soothing And Blissful Experience

Child Birth is one of the most rewarding experiences that a woman goes through in her lifetime. The feeling of giving birth to your own identity is far supreme than any other feeling. Therefore, it is extremely important to know the steps to a safe and pleasurable Child Birth experience to ensure the well-being of your new-born.

Various Techniques Of Delivering Babies

Child Birth, often feared by many mothers as a daunting task can be made easy and stress-free if one knows the various ways in which one can deliver babies so that one can prepare oneself for the best way to give birth to one's baby depending upon one's body requirements and the condition of the baby inside the womb. The following are the various techniques used by doctors to deliver babies:

Natural / Vaginal Birth:

This is the natural way of delivering babies in which no surgery is performed to take the baby out of the mother's womb. Only a small cut or incision is made in the vaginal tissue to ease pressure on the baby's head. Some local anesthesia may be used to alleviate the labor pain, but no surgical procedures are required.
Caesarian Birth: In this case, the expectant mother is administered drugs and the delivery is performed surgically. This may become essential when the baby is not properly positioned inside the womb or the delivery has some complications for the mother or the baby. A surgery is performed in which an incision is made on the woman's abdomen and uterus to take the baby out of her body.

Hypnosis Child Birth:

In this case, hypnosis is used to help alleviate the pregnancy pain and anxiety of the expecting mother without the use of any drugs or surgical procedure. Such a delivery, free from any side-effects, leads to a peaceful and calm birthing experience as compared to other child delivery techniques.
Water Birth: In case of a water birth, the mother is placed in a bath tub where the baby is delivered under water. As proved by many under water deliveries, it is a safe option and more peaceful and soothing experience as the warm water helps ease the pelvic muscles, provides buoyancy to help change positions and has fewer chances of slashes leading to an effortless birthing experience.

Forceps Delivery:

Such a delivery requires the use of forceps to pull the baby out of the mother's body. Forceps help to take a grip of the baby's head enabling it to come out without much pressure and pushing. Forceps delivery is often required when the baby is not placed favorably in the mother's womb or when the baby is in a breech position or is pre-mature.Depending upon the body condition of both the mother and the child, one must choose the best procedure to be used for one's Child Birth for a safe delivery and a healthy baby!
