During your second pregnancy, you will feel free to breathe as you will carry your child at a lower position. This is because, lungs will now get chance to expand, as they get more space. Another positive effect is that, you will have a quicker labor and a shorter delivery period.
Warning Signs And Precautions:
During your first gestation period, you gave a lot of attention to your inborn child. But this time, you will have to be more responsible as you already have a kid. Spending time caring for your first kid will provide you the much needed physical exercise. However, you might experience the painful Braxton Hicks contraction. It can be bad, but consulting your physician will help you out. Mothers should avoid lifting heavy objects. They should not stand for a long period, as this can worsen their varicose veins. In order to avoid nausea, expecting moms should avoid fatty and spicy foods.
